Your skin barrier needs a full cycle to rebalance. That's why we give you 60 days.

If your skin reacts badly

Stop using it and email us at Alohazenhealth@gmail.com right away. We'll refund you in full, immediately. No waiting period.

If it just didn't work for you

 Any time between day 30 and day 60 after your order is delivered, email us and tell us what happened. We'll refund your purchase price in full, or give you 110% in store credit if you'd rather try something else.

The details

• Applies to your first AlohaZen order. One per customer or household.
• For subscriptions, the promise covers your first delivery. After that, skip, pause, or cancel anytime from your account.
• Refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
• To start, email Alohazenhealth@gmail.com with your order number. One email is all it takes.
